1. About MATTIE Trust India

MATTIE Trust India (Medical And Traditional Therapy Institute & Education Trust) is a Government Registered Trust operating from Delhi, India. We offer educational training programs in Electro Homeopathy (Electropathy) — namely BEMS, DEMS, and CEH courses.

2. Nature of Certificates — IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

All certificates, diplomas, and degrees issued by MATTIE Trust India are educational training credentials only. They are:

• NOT medical degrees recognised by MCI (Medical Council of India) or NMC (National Medical Commission)
• NOT equivalent to MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, or any statutory medical qualification
• NOT registered under any statutory medical council in India
• Proof of completion of educational training in Electro Homeopathy only

By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this limitation. Misrepresenting our certificates as medical degrees is prohibited and the responsibility of the certificate holder.

3. Admission and Fees

• Admission is subject to meeting the minimum eligibility criteria for each course.
• Course fees are payable as per the fee schedule communicated at the time of admission.
• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable except in cases of administrative error on our part.
• MATTIE Trust India reserves the right to revise fee structures. Enrolled students will be notified of changes with reasonable notice.

4. Study Materials and Examinations

• Study materials are dispatched by post/courier to the address provided at admission. Ensure your address is correct.
• Examinations are conducted as per the schedule communicated to enrolled students.
• Re-examination fees apply for students who fail or miss scheduled examinations.
• Certificates are issued only after successful completion of all examinations and payment of all dues.

5. Code of Conduct

Students and website users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during admission
• Not misrepresent our certificates as medical degrees
• Not copy or reproduce our study materials without written permission
• Treat all staff and fellow students with respect

6. Limitation of Liability

MATTIE Trust India provides educational training in Electro Homeopathy in good faith. We are not liable for:

• Any legal consequences arising from misrepresentation of our certificates
• Outcomes of any health practice conducted by certificate holders
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, study materials — is the intellectual property of MATTIE Trust India. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
